A belated review for the dedicated and reliable team from Home Reno. This is our 2nd time working with Home Reno. First time was for the living room and our 2nd bedroom, and recently our master room and toilet. As we are staying in and upgrading our home at the same time, we are glad that they ensured minimal disruption to us as well as the coordination on the reno work due to our travel schedule in the midst of the renovation. We appreciate their honest recommendation and suggestion on the do's & dont's. Without doubt, workmanship on the furnishing is exceptional and same goes for the contractors appointed by them to handle the flooring and bathroom installation. It is unavoidable to have some minor hiccups during the course our reno, we are glad that they approached the issues and came up with good solutions to resolve our concern. Our first reno was handled by Joven Chew and the overall experience with him and his team is the reason we go back to Home Reno. Having said that, we are equally pleased with Jazreel Loh who was assigned to work with us during our recent reno and her follow up during after reno touch up is excellent!

I spend about one month meeting up 10 IDs and manage to get 8 quotes. It was so tiring. Almost wanted to sign up with a branded famous highly rated firm with very competitive price and a solid designer. However, saw a facebook ad on aluminum kitchen cabinet by Home Reno. I went down and met Mr Sam Wong who explain to me about both Alu Kitchen n Wooden Cabinet. Might as well get a quote from Mr Sam on entire house reno since I was there. Surprisingly, Sam's quote was even lower than all other 8 quotes but do more things for me such as two toilet cabinets which other 8 quotes won't give. Sam's attitude was that of a (lau jiao) one, meaning I can feel his recommendation was based on practical experience.I accepted Sam's quotation because right from the start, he told me what can be done and what cannot be done, even to my dismay. All the other ID all didn't tell me what cannot be done and everything can be done.
Reno starts around late Nov 21 and Sam promise to deliver to me before CNY 2022. No other ID I visited can promise that due to covid and short of labor, and therefore, I was skeptical about this promise. Paid 20% deposit and pray that it will work. Lots of sms communication and visiting tiles company spending quite a fair bit of time to chose wall tiles and cabinet lamination design. I do false ceiling, Kitchen cabinet, living room cabinet, master room cabinet which I chose glass door as it look very nice. Also got do additional installation of wood to living room and bedroom wall partition as I wanted to put 65 inch TV on the partition in both living and master bedroom. I also got do bath tub and low wall.
The renovation basically went on smoothly. Sam respond was always, ALWAYS super fast and he doesn't like to sms. He likes to call which I dislike because I prefer SMS. However, I realised that by speaking, communication is faster and clearer. By Mid Jan, almost everything is done up smoothly liao. I stay only 4 bus stops away so I can always go up to see the progress.
Well...There are bound to have some hiccup during reno, but it is the attitude, the willingness to help remedy fault immediately that make me very satisfy with this renovation. Like I say, Sam is always a phone call away and almost reply immediately one. His attitude give me the emotional security that my ID is always by my side and I can depend on him. Finally, my house was beautifully delivered to me before Chinese New Year as promised by Sam.
Conclusion, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Home Reno ID and Sam Wong to anyone I know if they want to do renovation. Thank you Sam for everything. Staying in my nice house shiok shiok now.

I would like to appreciate Aaron for his guidance and recommendations on what works best for our space, ensuring a well-thought-out and aesthetically pleasing outcome. They were able to translate most of what we envisioned into the design outcomes and execute them well. The overhaul of the bathrooms, tiling work, plumbing, electrical and lighting works came out very well, and were much appreciated, thanks to Aaron's communication skills throughout the project and his efficient work force. 

However, as with any project, there were minor issues, particularly in the carpentry work. What sets Aaron apart is his swift response to challenges and feedback. When issues arise, he addresses them promptly and efficiently, minimizing any potential delays or disruptions.
