Masonry Works

• Supply and lay homogeneous floor tiles with skirting for living and dining

• Construct fridge base with tiles finish

• Supply and lay ceramic floor tiles for kitchen c/w waterproofing

Additional masonry works

• Add $1200 if pre-packed materials is required for new flooring

• Add $888 to upgrade to quartz table top

• Add $1688 where hacking is required for living room, dining room and three bedrooms

Plumbing Works

• Replace stainless steel piping for whole house ( cold only )

• Install inlet and outlet pipe for sink and washing machine

• Provide labour to install instant heater for both common and master toilet

• Provide labour to install bathroom accessories for both toilets

• Provide labour to install stainless steel double bowl sink and tap

Painting Works

• Nippon paint for all internal wall and ceilings

• Nippon paint for all doors, door frames, main gate and pipes

• Re-varnishing of existing main door

Carpentry Works

• Design and fabricate 20ft kitchen cabinet c/w 1 set of glass door, drawers, dish tray, ABS trimming with laminate finish and postform worktop

• Provide chemical wash for flooring of entire house

• Provide floor protection for affected area

• Labor to alter existing main gate

• Wall paper for storage wall ( 5ft x 12ft ) or one bedroom.
