• Supply and install 1 set stainless steel dish rack for kitchen cabinet.

Painting Works

• Supply and pain whole house internal wall, ceiling, doors, door frames, piping and gate. Using ICI/NIPPON emulsion paint.

Other Works

• Supply and lay floor protection cover

• Supply and do chemical wash after completion of renovation works

• Supply labour for uploading of materials and clearing of debris.
